LiDER’s Leadership Trainer Certification Program (LTCP) is designed as an intentional ‘leadership facilitator’ preparation experience. The complete LTCP is designed as a three-tier sequence that prepares individuals to facilitate leadership development and education. Upon completing this certification program, participants will be skilled leadership trainers who can manage programmatic logistics for workshops, seminars, conferences, and retreats; navigate group dynamics;
and effectively facilitate leadership trainings—including experiential activities, reflective dialogue, and message delivery.
